You have stuff. You want to get a good return for what sells and make sure the rest goes to a good home. But sorting it is a hassle, and there's never enough time. We can solve this problem.
We can collect it all from you and bring it to our warehouse. Our experienced team will identify the saleable items and put them on eBay. You can have either have the rest back or let us manage the disposal – giving to charity, recycling, scrapping, or responsibly disposing of everything in the best possible way. The process is totally hassle free, and our reputation means that we can get up to 25% higher prices than ordinary sellers. We charge for collection (we quote upfront) and sell on commission (one third of Net Sales sliding down to just 10% on more valuable items) and there's no storage or disposal fees. COLLECTION
You are always welcome to bring items to our warehouse, or arrange your own courier or removals firm to drop items in to us.
If you prefer we can quote for collection. We have a wide range of collection options available, and prices will depend on exactly what needs collecting and from where — from just $10 for DHL to collect a box anywhere in the UK to sending a triple-teamed removals crew in a 7.5 tonne truck. COMMISSION — 1/3 upto $500 and then just 10%
For selling your item, we charge a commission of 1/3 the Net Sales Value of your item upto £500 and then just 10% above that. The Net Sales Value is what your item sells for and takes into account all the eBay and Paypal fees so there's nothing else to pay. So if your item sells for $1,000, you will get $783.
We have a minimum sales value of $30 and a corresponding minimum commission of $10.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL COSTS — ABSOLUTELY FREE!
Whilst we are selling your items we store them for free in our secure and insured warehouse. If we think an item is unsellable or won't fetch the minimum, we'll let you know. You can have it back or otherwise we'll dispose of it for you at no cost. We work with local charities, houseclearance, recycling and licensed waste management companies to minimise landfill waste and make sure everything finds the best possible home.

These are normally all the fees that you will incur. If you ask for additional services (such as reserves), ask us to do additional work or don't tell us about item faults, there may be additional fees. - We Receive Your Items on Consignment
- You either call us or email us with a description of your item. We will assess it's value and determine if the item has an expected eBay value of at least $50.
- We set up an appointment to pick up your items. All items are kept in a secure, air conditioned environment.
- We Do All The Work & Sell Them On eBay
- We provide professional digital photography & editing
- Research and compose detailed descriptions
- List your item on eBay
- Respond to all inquiries and questions for all items
- Provide Electronic Invoicing to buyers
- Payment processing including Credit Card Payments
- When it sells, we collect the payment, safely pack and ship the item
- You Sit Back & Wait For Your Check
- Once the item is paid for, received by the buyer, and positive feedback is left for us by the buyer; we send you a check.
TIMELINE
- up to 2 weeks to professionally photograph, expertly research, write-up and list your item on eBay
- 1 week for the auction to run
- up to 1 week to collect the payment from the winning bidder
- up to 1 week for the buyer to request a return of the item – *circumstances may vary.
(Remember, buyers can’t return the item just because they do not like it! We have a strict return policy that only allows buyers to return an item if it is clearly not-as-described.)

Upon contracting Just Sell It, the only up front cost you have is
a non-refundable* deposit of $5. per listing**
*If your item sells, you are credited back all but the actual eBay listing fee.
